Procedure: The procedure needs meticulous planning with preoperative radiographs and imagings. The procedure is carried out through inside of mouth with no scar mark. The jaw bones are repositioned as per requirement and are retained in this position with microplates or braces. Ancillary procedures like rhinoplasty, lip reshaping, and dimple creation can be done simultaneously.
Duration of Procedure: 2 – 4 hrs.

Recovery Time: 5 to 7 days. Mild swelling may persist for few days to few weeks. You may be asked to have only soft diet for couple of days
